Service Limitations
Auto1winStudio provides professional car detailing, painting, and wrapping services with the utmost care. However, we will not perform any service that may potentially cause harm or damage to your vehicle . Prior to commencing any service, you are required to inform us of any existing cosmetic or mechanical issues that may hinder the completion of the detailing process. This includes, but is not limited to, low battery, malfunctioning trunk, or windows that do not roll down. In the event that your vehicle poses a health or safety risk, such as the presence of harmful substances, you must notify our technicians before the service begins.
We reserve the right to refuse service if these conditions are not met. Pricing for our services varies based on the vehicle's size, the package selected, and the vehicle's condition. Additional charges may apply for heavy stains, excessive pet hair, excessive debris removal, or personal item removal due to the additional time and effort required. While we strive to deliver exceptional results, there are no guarantees of restoring your vehicle to a specific condition, such as "showroom new".
Liability and Responsibility
Auto1winStudio, including its owners, employees, and affiliates, shall not be held liable for any damage, loss, expense, or claim arising from our mobile services, including property damage to your property or that of any neighbor. By using our services, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with mobile detailing and assume such risks. We will neither install nor remove car seats or custom equipment from your vehicle. If you require cleaning under these items, please remove them prior to your appointment. Furthermore, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items left in your vehicle. There may be an extra charge to remove and repack owner items left in the auto.
While we take great care in detailing your vehicle, we will not be responsible for any mechanical or electrical/electronic component failures that occur for no apparent reason while at our shop. Examples include window or door malfunctions, autos not starting, convertible roofs not working, seats locking up, or electrical/screen displays failing. We request that you identify and point out any broken or near-failing components before we start detailing, so extra care can be taken during the cleaning process. In any case, Auto1winStudio will not be responsible to repair near failing parts that may tear, break, or come loose in the cleaning process.
Appointments and Payment
We will arrive as close to the scheduled appointment time as possible; however, unforeseen circumstances may disrupt our daily schedule. In such cases, we will contact you to advise you of the revised arrival time. We require 24 hours' notice to change or cancel an appointment. If your vehicle cannot be detailed once we arrive, you will still be charged the full amount of your scheduled appointment, including if you are not present upon our arrival. Prices start at a base rate and are subject to increase based on the vehicle's condition and size.
Reimbursement will not be paid for any minor cosmetic damage as a result of detailing your vehicle. Reimbursement will be paid for any major damage caused to your vehicle as a result of our employee’s gross negligence or willful misconduct. Auto1winStudio will approve the body shop and/or vendors before issuing any reimbursement. If something arises after the detail that was not noticed during the final walk around, you must contact us within 24 hours and, if needed, schedule a touch-up detail within 5 days. Each customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Auto1winStudio from and against any and all liabilities, expenses, damages, and costs, including attorney’s fees, resulting from any service provided or injury after our services have been completed.
